As moms we spend a lot of time caring for our nuclear families, but what a blessing that we’re part of a much larger spiritual family! In the church, we get to love and be loved by our brothers and sisters in Christ.

Instead of teaching our children to “follow their hearts,” we can help them understand that our hearts are meant to be led, not followed.

The idea of callings can be confusing. Instead of viewing callings as a way to find fun and fulfillment, let’s remember they’re fundamentally an opportunity to glorify God and find our purpose in him.
